Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or custom items.

We only accept returns or refunds if:
• the item arrives damaged
• the item is defective
• we made a mistake with your order

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this time, production may already have started and cancellation may not be possible.

• Custom and personalized items are final sale
• Buyers are responsible for providing correct personalization details
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect delivery addresses
